Расчет идеального веса по формуле Неглера
Продолжаем тему идеального веса и встречаем новый, 4-й по счету онлайн калькулятор, на этот раз по формуле Неглера.
Тоже довольно таки интересная методика у Неглера. За его формулой идеальным весом считается вес 45 кг, а потом нужно добавлять по 0,9 кг на каждые 2,45 см сверх 152,4, а то что выйдет увеличить на 10%. Все казалось так логично, а в конце 10%, как будто поправка на расчетах. Ну что же, проверяйте, каждая методика заслуживает внимания, тем более если это касается вашего здоровья и тела.
