Размещение remarks документации к методам

Скажите, куда необходимо помещать блок <remarks>...</remarks>

Например вот в таком описании метода:

///     Retrieves the starting coordinates of the linear gradient.

/// <remarks>
///     The start point and end point are described in the brush's space and are mapped to the render target when the brush

Так необходимо помещать, или нужно в блок <summary>...</summary>?
