Wechat OAuth2 on the mobile device

On the PC version of the site there is authorization via qr-code, but on a mobile device it is not very convenient. I saw alternative ways of authorization on sites. Inside the wechat application authorization appears through a pop-up window, and through the native browser wechat opens an application with a similar script. But in the first case, wechat reports missing rights to "scope", and in the second case, the application just opens and nothing happens.
