php artisan convertor:download

Ошибка

Комманду в App\Console\Kernal зарегистрировал: class Kernel extends ConsoleKernel { /** * The Artisan commands provided by your application. * * @var array */ protected $commands = [ DownloadSource::class, ConvertSource::class, ConvertSourceXML::class, ConvertSourceYML::class ]; Laravel 5.6
