maven ошибка при генерации архитипа

Не могу сгенирировать арихтип Ввожу команду

mvn archetype:generate

получаю ошибку

Живу в Казахстане у нас гос органы выходит интернет через едный шлюз. Чтобы выходит интернет у меня должен быть на компютере установлен сертификат вот такой

внизу ссылка на скачивания. Может из за него выдавать такой ошибку ? Через браузер захожу на репазитории выдает хмl файл например на этот адресс
