Spring boot не производит автонастройку бинов

НЕ получается запустить проект на spring boot ругается что нету многих бинов.

а именно

я же так понимаю что никаких бинов в буте в ручную создавать не нужно? я просто в идее поставил какие библиотеки буду использовать и все.

когда я щелкаю по иконке бина напротив фалов где были ошибки например webSecurityConfig.java идея пишет что No matching beans found.

как это исправить?
